Donna Evans

Donna began bowling in 1956 at Etain Air Force Base in France and won her first trophy in 1960 at the American Junior Bowling Congress in New Mexico. She won the Singles Southwest Conference Championship in 1967 while attending Texas Tech. After traveling around the country, Donna settled in Butler and joined a league in 1983. During her career Donna has competed in numerous tournaments including over 13 state tournaments, 6 National tournaments, and in 2 foreign countries. Her high game is 290, high series in the 680s and high average of 193. Donna has won numerous local Team, Singles, Doubles, and All Events Championships throughout her bowling career. She has held numerous officer positions in various leagues over the years. She was also a youth bowling coach for over 10 years.
